The Art of The Beginning

We find ourselves at the turning of the wheel.

The Spring Equinox arrives as a moment of balance — equal light and equal dark — a quiet point of equilibrium before the energy of the season begins to rise.

Here in the western hemisphere, we are stepping into spring.
I will be celebrating the turning of the wheel in the northern hemisphere, where they are moving into a soft descent into autumn — a turning inward.

And yet, the invitation is shared.

To notice where we are.
To meet ourselves here.

This Equinox also marks the beginning of a new astrological cycle — a new year, not by the calendar, but by nature.

A return to the beginning.

A starting point that doesn’t ask us to rush forward,
but to arrive fully where we are.

There is something about this threshold that always feels like a gentle recalibration — not a push forward, but a return to center.

A remembering that power lies in the center.

And from this beginning, something new has been quietly taking root in my own daily rhythm…

This year, I began a personal practice called 365 Days of Soul — a daily noticing of the seasons, the moon, and the quiet ways life speaks when we slow down enough to listen.

Over time, I’ll be sharing pieces of this practice with our community — small reflections, seasonal wisdom, and simple ways to stay connected to what is steady within us.

Spring Equinox Reflection

Where are you being invited to begin again… gently?

Not from pressure,
but from presence.

Not from force,
but from trust.

Your inner compass will lead the way.

As this new cycle begins, may you find yourself returning—
again and again—
to what is steady within you.

Noticing.
Listening.
Trusting.

Your inner compass will lead the way.
