Soul Session with Summer
Soul Sessions are a gentle, personalized somatic approach to returning to balance — supporting the nervous system, the body, and the subtle layers of energy through presence, attunement, and ancient healing traditions.
Each session is thoughtfully guided through a unique weaving of somatic attunement, Reiki, acupressure, sound healing, guided meditation, and intuitive energy work. Together, these practices create space to soften stress, restore harmony, and reconnect with the peace and wisdom already within you.
Your nervous system is constantly holding and processing life’s experiences. Soul Sessions are designed to assist in re-harmonizing body, mind, and spirit, creating a safe and sacred space for deep rest, gentle release, and renewal.
During our time together, each session is intuitively tailored to what is most supportive for you in the present moment. Through light touch, breath, sound, vibration, and intentional care, you are invited to reset, soften, and return to yourself.
This work is not about becoming someone new, but gently returning to who you have always been.
For First-Time Clients
I invite you to begin with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call so we can connect, answer questions, and create a thoughtful foundation for your session.
What to Bring
An open heart, a willing spirit, and comfortable clothing (without zippers or buttons if possible). Essential oils may be incorporated; please share any sensitivities beforehand.
Session Details
• Duration: 60–90 minutes
• Suggested Contribution: $200
• Exchange: No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If financial exchange is not possible, heartfelt alternatives such as service, creativity, or kindness are warmly welcomed.
After Your Session
It is common to feel deeply relaxed, grounded, or sleepy afterward. You are encouraged to give yourself spaciousness for integration. I will personally check in with you the following day to offer continued care and support.
Soul Sessions grow through connection, authenticity, and word of mouth. If your experience feels meaningful, sharing it with someone you love is a beautiful way this work continues to ripple outward.
