In-Person Offerings

The Soul Project offers a place to slow down, gather in community, and reconnect with the steady wisdom already within you.

This practice is about gently returning to who you have always been.

I created The Soul Project as a space to practice a grounded spiritual life through shared ritual, presence, and time spent together. These gatherings are held as open spaces where people arrive as they are.

We gather throughout the year in rhythm with the seasons through intention gatherings, tea rituals, and book circles and discussions. Each gathering creates conditions where we return to the intelligence of nature.

For those drawn to a more personal experience, I offer one-on-one somatic and nervous system attunement sessions. These sessions support a deeper listening to the body and meeting whatever arises with curiosity and care. The process unfolds naturally, at its own pace.

The same intention holds throughout — creating space for presence, reflection, and a gentle return to yourself.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

This practice is an invitation to come home to yourself — and to the love in your own heart.
