This meditation will take you on a journey through the chakra centers, facilitating deep relaxation while staying aware. Following the meditation, Kat will lead a cacao ceremony. As such, the solstice offers a unique moment to pause and find the Light within as well as to get clear on your visions for the next turn of the seasonal wheel. Setting intentions for the transitions facilitates new pathways for transformation. Creating your unique bundle of treasures to put on your altar or a special place in your home allows you to stay present in the intentions you set.
