Laguna is home to a vibrant yoga community, with everything from classic vinyasa yoga in a class setting to a daily yoga class on the grass in Heisler Park.
We practice at Yoga Works in the Aliso Creek Center in South Laguna right across from the Montage.
Other options include Bikram Yoga in the Boat Canyon Shopping Center and our friend Geo’s Blue Pearl in Laguna Canyon.
