The SOUL Project is honored to be participating in the 2011 Sacred Craft consumer surfboard expo as both the presenting sponsor of the Quivers Lounge, and as the official tee shirt supplier to the event.
Sacred Craft is the largest and most important surfboard show in the world and was created by my former Surfer Magazine colleague Scott Bass to help bring the focus back to the people who make it all go, the surfboard shapers, glassers, sanders and craftsmen around the world.
And while The SOUL Project is not a surf brand per se, it is very clear to us that surfers represent exactly the type of intrepid travelers who fundamentally understand what it means to find a true Soul Place, and will work tirelessly to protect it.
In keeping with our mission to help support the future of our Soul Places, we have designated the San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy as the beneficiary of our event t-shirt sales program, with $1 from every shirt we sell going directly to them to help protect and enhance one of North County’s true environmental treasures.
In addition to the event t-shirt, we will be debuting our entire launch line at Sacred Craft, including all of our Laguna Soul merchandise, as well as new designs that are part of our house line. So come check us out at the Quivers Lounge, see some amazing surfboards from Bird Huffman’s collection from Bird’s Surf Shed and from the Surfing Heritage Foundation, and have a great weekend in beautiful North County.
Surf’s Up!
