Getting out on one of the trails of Laguna is one of our favorite things to do. There are hikes that meander through coastal oaks and long meadows of native grass at the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park on Laguna Canyon Road where it connects with El Toro, and then killer workouts like the climb from the end of Canyon Acres up to Top of the World Park.
The natural topography of Laguna means that you will have lots of variety and some incredible views as you make your way.
Most trails are well-maintained, but do stay on the lookout for rattlesnakes and poison oak.
