Summer Chew Meek

Summer is a life-long Laguna Beach local who grew up in a family of surfers, artists and entrepreneurs.  Summer’s inspiration comes from a deeply held belief that we are all connected, and that every person has a sacred obligation to participate and give back to the communities in which they live.  With a keen eye for detail and a progressive aesthetic, Summer ensures that the SOUL Project’s designs are consistent with the vision of the Company, and that quality and integrity are built into every product.  She also has the lead on developing relationships with local charities and organizations in each local market.

Don Meek

A 4^th generation California native, Don embraced the ocean lifestyle at a very young age.  He started surfing at 10 and has never stopped.  His 30-year professional career has been focused in the media industry where he has worked in a variety of roles.  Don is recognized as an accomplished executive and as a person who embraces the possibilities of the future.  The SOUL Project represents a logical progression in his evolution as an entrepreneur and blends his professional skills and experience with his personal desire to make a positive impact in the world.  He serves as The SOUL Project’s principal business architect.

Steven “SLi Dawg” Chew

Laguna icon SLi Dawg serves as The SOUL Project’s Brand Ambassador in Laguna.  A true global citizen, SLi has traveled to the ends of the earth and beyond in search of great surf and good times. His art is acclaimed for its playful and lighthearted view of life as well SLi’s passion for the ocean. SLi also gave us the classic line “It’s Not Fun Unless It’s Fun!” which we think are good words to live by.
